Dr Mark E Breeze AIA is an architect and academic interested in the theories and practices of human shelter.  He completed his architectural training at Harvard, his undergraduate and doctoral studies at Cambridge, and his post-doctorate at the University of Oxford Refugee Studies Centre.  He is currently collaborating on the ESRC-funded 'Architectures of Displacement' project, which examines the temporary accommodation for refugees in the Middle East and Europe in response to the 'Summer of Migration' of 2015.
