Muhammad Kamruzzaman, an Assistant Professor of Government and Politics at Jahangirnagar University has been with teaching and research over the last ten years. Before he moves to Jahangirnagar, Kamruzzaman was affiliated to Jagannath University as faculty member of Political Science. He attended number of seminar and conference at home and in abroad. He regularly travels to universities based in Kolkata. His paper on India Bangladesh relations was highly praised at an international conference at Jadavpur University , India. He also teaches Politics at Bangladesh Open University and Professional Masters in Governance and Development Studies at Jahangirnagar. Apart from teaching portfolio, Muhammad Kamaruzzaman acts as Student Welfare Adviser of the Department of Government and Politics and Administrator of Rover Scouts based on Jahangirnagar. He is currently attached with Moulana Bhashani Hall as House Tutor. He also patrons of different Cultural and social organisations on Campus.
