Mr. Saifullah Channa is well experienced, and human rights defender having more than 8 years of professional experience serving vulnerable segments of development society. He has been functioning to encourage the participation of community empowerment with special focused areas is Human rights and democracy education, Peacebuilding, Protection of child rights, Climate change, and environmental justice, Life Skills Education, Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and effective coordination with stakeholders include district, local government representatives and also involved in various social development activities in Pakistan. 


Saifullah has done Masters in Social Science from Shah Abdul Latif University of Pakistan since 2012 and he has completed the Global Youth Leadership Program in association with Universal Peace Federation from Sun Moon University, South Korea since 2018. He is passionate to contribute and endeavor for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with UN Major Group of Children and Youth (UNMGCY) in Pakistan. Saifullah has been contributing to the growth and success of development sector national and international organizations, which they key strengths of his professional a career in taking command on programs and projects designing, developing, leading, programs, and projects for levels professional of achievement of the major part of his professional journey.

Saifullah is the Founder and Executive Director "DIYA Pakistan" which based in Sukkur located in Sindh province of Pakistan, DIYA's is a Youth-Lead and Civil Society Organization founded by a group of Young Professional Activists since 2012 with the motto “Empower the Peoples through Education” in Pakistan. DIYA’s was officially registered under the Voluntarily Social Welfare Registration Act 1961 at the Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh since April 2013.

As part of his community and sustainable development work in different projects and programs. He has widely been engaged in primary and secondary research for peacebuilding, conflict management, women empowerment, disaster risk reduction in flood emergency situation in Pakistan.
