Biography
Oudai is Co-Founder and Managing Director of the International Syrian Association for Education Development, an international network of Syrian volunteers working on 6 projects to support marginalised students to access higher education in Syria and the neighbouring region. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Cambridge researching the potential role of the Syrian diaspora in developing the Syrian Higher Education sector in the post conflict recovery stage. Oudai has 12 years of experience in teams management, community development & networks building for the purpose of supporting access to higher education. Oudai is Said Foundation scholar, Rowan Williams scholar and Chevening alumni. He holds BSc and MSc in Business Administration from the Higher Institute of Business Administration in Syria. He also holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Glasgow in the UK. Oudai is dedicated to mobilising, engaging and connecting the Syrian Diaspora to rebuild Syria.
