Sabina is a human geographer, currently working as a Research Associate at the Cambridge Centre for Housing & Planning Research, University of Cambridge. She holds a PhD in Urban Studies from Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI) jointly awarded with Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies (Italy). Her research has focused on the high-skilled transnational professional migrants and housing choices in the destination cities. Particularly, she investigated the socio-spatial organization of the ‘middling’ group of transnational migrants in Moscow and London, examining spatialities and housing practices.
Sabina's main research interests include migrant housing, transnational migration, expatriates, professional migration, housing decision-making, residential mobility, transnational work.
