Biography:

An academic trainer (completed 1091+ sessions so far ) and a youth activist nurtured by Central University of Pondicherry,
India. Currently working as the Academic Director at Centre for Life skills Training and Research, Trivandrum- since 2017. He is a recipient of the Commonwealth Young Professional Fellowship (2013, Chandigarh) and holds a Masters in Social Work and a
Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Currently pursuing PhD in Social Work from Loyola College of Social Science, Thiruvananthapuram.

His research concerns encompass multiculturalism, different forms of exclusion, youth development and community health. His operational area includes research, consultancy, creative writing, integration of theater (arts) in social work and facilitation.

He identifies himself as a qualitative researcher and holds passion to capture the reality and lived experiences of young people, victimized by multidimensional exclusion. He was on the Editorial Board of International Manual on Entrepreneurship Development (Authored by Dr. Akhouri), and been a consultant for World Bank (KSTP- Project), Kerala Youth Commission and other research projects. He is one of the Global Goodwill Ambassador, under the Humanitarian category specialised for working with young people.
